Our desserts are crafted in small batches and made to order, using the freshest ingredients which ensures that you always get our highest quality.
Frequently Asked Questions
Question: Are all of your products able to be shipped?
Answer: No, We only ship our non-refrigerated products: Cookies, Brownies, Sweet Potato Pie Bars & Apple Pie.
We do not ship any puddings or cakes.
Question: Do you ship internationally?
Answer: No, packages can only be sent to addresses in the United States.
Question: Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Answer: We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes because our products are highly perishable.
Question: How soon should I place an order for my my event?
Answer: Orders should be placed roughly 3-4 weeks in advance from the desired date of delivery.
Question: Can my order be expedited?
Answer: If you would like expedited shipping or are ordering for a time sensitive event please use the Contact Us tab.
Question: Do you allow cancellations?
Answer: Order cancellations must be done within 24 hours from the time the order was initially placed.
Question: Help, my package was lost. What do I do?
Answer: Contact your local USPS or UPS branches for help with lost packages referencing the tracking number via your confirmation email.
Shipping Policies and Details
-Sad When It's Gone Desserts is not responsible for transit delays once your package has been transferred to the Carrier (USPS or UPS).
-Please double check that your shipping address is correct as we will not replace items shipped to an incorrect address.
-Depending upon volume, holidays or new product launches kindly allow 3-4 days (and up to 2 weeks) for orders to be processed and shipped.

-Sad When It's Gone Desserts, can not be responsible for replacement packages for: damage in transit, lost packages, loss of gifts due to unavailable recipient's, incorrect addresses provided or for the cancellation of orders once packages have been shipped.
-All orders are processed in the order by which they were received. If you have not received a confirmation number/status email that is because the order has not been processed yet. [Depending upon volume, holidays or new product launches kindly allow 3-4 days (and up to 2 weeks) for orders to be processed and shipped].
-Please keep an eye out for our packages, it is not advised to leave it in the sun, a car or warm weather for any prolonged period time.
